A couple minutes with... Tom Durant

“A couple minutes with…” features Tom Durant, adjunct instructor of management in the UO's Lundquist College of Business ... and founder/board chair of EcoCafé Haiti. In addition to helping farmers in Ranquitte, Haiti, to plant ... and maintain about 30,000 coffee plants, EcoCafé has planted about 5,000 trees to improve Haitian ecology and contracted with landowners to grow beans, corn, manioc and other food crops.
