The application period for Global Oregon's Spring/Summer 2013 Grants is now open.

Applications are being accepted for Global Oregon General Grants and awards through the Translation Studies Working Group.

Global Oregon General Grants support students' global education experiences, such as study abroad, international internships and international research opportunities.

Undergraduate students may apply for one of ten $500 awards and graduate students may apply for one of five $1,000 research awards. The deadline to apply for either is April 1.

The Translation Studies group also invites applications from UO undergraduate students for two $500 awards and UO graduate students for a $1,000 award. The deadline to apply for either is April 8.

Global Oregon is a university-wide strategic initiative to enhance internationalization in the student experience, in research, and in outreach to the state and the world.
