Simplicity 2.0: UO's Woo answers three questions for software company blog

Melissa Woo, the University of Oregon's vice provost for information services and chief information officer, is featured in the Simplicity 2.0 blog that was posted on Wednesday (Jan. 8).

Woo, who is a Frye Leadership Institute Fellow and received the EDUCAUSE 2012 Rising Star Award, was asked to answer three questions for the blog:

  • What are your thoughts about the relationship between CIOs and CMOs?
  • What methods have you found successful in terms of improving overall communication?
  • What are the benefits of female leadership, and what do you think needs to be done to promote this?

Simplicity 2.0 is published by Laserfiche, a privately owned software company based in Long Beach, Calif. Laserfiche offers enterprise content management and automated form processing software for businesses.

The Simplicity 2.0 blog describes itself as "inspiring stories and best practices."
