The University Health Center has two final flu shot clinics scheduled for faculty and staff in November. The previously scheduled Nov. 3 flu shot clinic at the Knight Law Center is now canceled due to a scheduling conflict.

Flu shots are available to all faculty and staff. A current UO ID card must be presented at the clinic along with a PEBB insurance card for those currently enrolled in UO group health insurance plans through Providence and Moda for courtesy billing.

UO employees not currently covered on a Providence or Moda health plan will need to pay by cash or check at the time of service, according to the University Health Center. The cost is $30 for faculty and staff, and $20 for students.
