University of Oregon faculty members seeking funds for scholarship, creative projects, or quantitative or qualitative research can receive up to $5,500 in support though the 2020 Faculty Research Awards program.
The Vice President for Research and Innovation invites faculty members from all academic disciplines to apply for the award, which supports research expenses including travel, summer stipend, equipment, supplies, contractual services, shared facility use and graduate or undergraduate student research assistance.
The deadline for receipt of 2020 Faculty Research Award proposals is 5 p.m. Jan. 10.

An information session on the Faculty Research Awards will be held Monday, Nov. 18, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the Lease Crutcher Lewis Room in the Erb Memorial Union. Registration for this event is encouraged.
