Members of the University of Oregon community are invited to participate in a free webinar aimed at answering questions about coverage opportunities for university students as part of Cover Oregon.  The online webinar is Friday, Nov. 15, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Cover Oregon was created after the recently passed Affordable Care Act, which is intended to provide more college students across the state access to medical and dental insurance as well as financial assistance to pay for it.

Topics will include what Cover Oregon means for college students, how students and faculty can spread the word, and answers to questions from participants.

Another opportunity for in-person information will be Thursday, Nov. 21, from noon to 8 p.m. at the Lane County Events Center. Registration is required for the session.
