Daily Mail covers early childhood research by UO prof

News about a new study involving research of the UO's Leslie Leve of the College of Education has drawn coverage in the United Kingdom's Daily Mail.

The story, headlined "ANOTHER reason for stressed parents to fear the 'terrible twos': A screaming toddler could be on their way to a life of crime," details the study that found some behaviors of toddlers may be indicative of antisocial and even criminal behavior by adulthood.

Leve, associate director of the UO's Prevention Science Institute, is quoted in the story. She worked with researchers at Penn State University and the University of Michigan on the project. The study appeared in the American Journal of Psychiatry. The work also is detailed in the Around the O story "Some 'terrible twos' behaviors may suggest later problems."
