Time is ticking for getting a flu shot on campus.

The University Health Center has scheduled its final two special vaccination clinics for fall 2017. Seasonal flu shots will be available to UO students, faculty and staff on Nov. 9 and 16, from 8 to11 a.m. at the health center.

Flu shots are covered by the UO Student Health Benefits Plan and by the UO employee health insurance plans. The health center will also courtesy bill other health plans, or shots can be paid for with cash or check at the time of service.

The cost for flu shots is $20 for students and $30 for faculty and staff. Participants are reminded to bring their current UO ID card and their insurance card.

Students can continue to get their flu shots at other times by scheduling appointments through myUOHealth.
