January grants includes ones from the National Science Foundation and the Oregon Department of Education

UO researchers received 28 new grants contracts and awards in January, including a grant from the National Science Foundation to improve FAPROTAX, a popular tool for predicting metabolic phenotypes in microbiome survey and a grant from the Oregon Department of Education for the Moss Street Children’s Center – Early Learning Division.
