Media week: UO scholars in the news in the past week

UO researchers and scholars were recently featured in stories about Tom Brady’s longevity in the NFL, Trump’s travel ban, the Supreme Court nominee, different kinds of journalists and the survival of small newspapers.



Reuters turned to the UO’s Bowerman Sports Science Clinic for expertise on how long quarterback Tom Brady may be able to play in the NFL. Clinic director Mike Hahn and doctoral student Jake Hinkel-Lipsker were both quoted in “Brady good for several more seasons, say science experts.”
