A new wellness seminar series for employees launches this month. It is offered by the University of Oregon Office of Human Resources.

All seminars are free to benefit-eligible employees. Employees can attend as many of the presentations as they choose. They do not have to attend all presentations in the series to participate. Each session will have a live broadcast via webinar to UO Portland and the Oregon Institute of Marine Biology in Charleston.

The winter term wellness series schedule:

  • Healthy Eating on Campus: Jan. 22, noon-1 p.m., 110 Fenton Hall.
  • Conflict Resolution: Feb. 12, noon-1 p.m., 110 Fenton Hall.
  • Technology and Kids: March 19, noon-1 p.m., 245 Straub Hall.

Seminar descriptions and registration instructions are available on the human resources website.
