Nominations for UO Senate posts due by April 12

Those interested in serving on the University of Oregon’s 2019 Senate and its committees are invited to nominate themselves using an online survey by noon Tuesday, April 12.

Some positions will be elected while others will be appointed, and committee topics range from curricular issues to the university budget and more. Incoming Senate President Elizabeth Skowron plans to work with administrators on the potential College of Arts and Sciences reorganization, student success initiatives and Knight Campus bioengineering degrees in the coming year.
