Reader survey to help sharpen AroundtheO's news focus

The UO Office of Strategic Communications launched AroundtheO almost eight months ago to be the university's primary tool for reaching faculty, staff and GTFs with important news and information about the place we work.

Our goal is to keep the website fresh and interesting. We are evaluating our strengths and weaknesses, and plan to roll out an improved news product before the start of fall term – but we need your help.

A 10-question, multiple-choice survey below gives readers the opportunity to help sharpen the focus of AroundtheO. Weigh in with your likes and dislikes, and offer any insights or ideas you may have about upgrading our content or appearance.

AroundtheO's primary focus is on events and circumstances that directly affect UO employees, and on their achievements and activities. The news portal is also intended to generate interest in and inform readers about other UO programs and their websites, and to facilitate a sense of campus community.

Please keep our mission in mind as you help us evaluate ourselves. And just type our email address into the final blank if you'd like to be entered in a drawing for the last of our stainless steel AroundtheO travel mugs.
