Sequestration website launched at UO

With budget sequestration taking effect, Research, Innovation and Graduate Education has launched a new informational website for the University of Oregon community.

Those engaged in federally sponsored research and others interested in the impact of sequestration on research and education will find information on the processes, protocols and changes that are being forced by the sweeping cuts to agencies. The site contains up-to-date announcements from sponsors and the UO sponsored research services staff — along with news items, frequently asked questions and other important information. It will remain active as long as necessary.

For questions, comments or feedback on the site — or to submit announcements — contact communications officer Lewis Taylor at 541-346-2816, lewist@uoregon.edu.
