State board holds healthcare meeting at UO

Labor and management representatives of the Oregon Public Employees' Benefit Board will hold a meeting on healthcare costs and benefits at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 2, in the EMU Walnut Room.

One in a series of evening community meetings around the state, the meeting is an opportunity to hear from board members on their management of healthcare costs and benefits and to provide your own ideas and priorities. The meetings start April 1 in Medford and end April 15 in Pendleton; the Pendleton meeting will also be streamed live on the web with a focus on the unique needs of eastern Oregon.

There will be also be two in Salem and one in Portland and several other locations. All meetings start at 6 p.m. and end at 7:30 p.m.

There will be an online version of the presentation and a web-based survey posted in mid-April. All PEBB monthly meetings in Salem are open to the public and streamed live over the web.
