Three Oregon volleyball players were recognized for their hard work in the classroom as Serena Warner, Shellsy Ashen and Kacey Nady earned Pac-12 All-Academic honors, Tuesday. Warner was named to the Pac-12 All-Academic Second Team while Ashen and Nady were honorable mentions.
Warner, a middle blocker for the Ducks who is leading the team in hitting percentage this season, made the second team with a cumulative GPA of 3.70 while pursuing a degree in advertising.
Ashen, a senior setter, was named an honorable mention for the second-straight season, holding a 3.41 GPA majoring in marine biology. Nady, a sophomore, holds a 3.35 GPA while she has not yet declared a major.
Oregon will play Utah, Tuesday at 6 p.m. PT followed by the season finale at Oregon State, Friday at 3 p.m.
