Workplace harassment and discrimination prevention training required for employees

As part of an ongoing training initiative, all faculty members and staff will be required to complete an updated workplace harassment and discrimination training by the end of the winter term. The deadline for completion will be March 25.

The online training will be made available on Jan. 19 through MyTrack. The course will be added to each employee’s MyTrack development plan to record completion. Human Resources will track completion rates and report them to units and departments.

Employees will receive an email by Jan. 20 with instructions for completing the training. In the meantime, visit the HR website for more information about the workplace harassment and discrimination prevention program.
