While parents and families of Ducks come from a diversity of backgrounds, they have one thing in common—wanting their students to have positive, successful academic experiences at the University of Oregon.
That's why we offer programs to build partnerships with our students' families, keeping them connected to the UO and each other. These relationships play an important part in keeping students on the path to earning their degrees.
Now in its third year, our Flock Talk podcast is produced with first-year students and their families in mind. We know from experience the types of questions that new Ducks have when transitioning to college, and we feature guests that inform, educate, and introduce important campus resources.

The Office of Parent and Family Programs keeps UO parents and families engaged through communications, membership, networking, events, and philanthropy.
In addition to online resources, we have volunteers and regional representatives across the nation to keep our parent and family communities connected and involved.

Join for a one-time $75 membership fee that helps provide increased accessibility, services, and events for families. The fee is waived for families of Pell Grant-eligible and PathwayOregon students.
