Michael Hames-Garcia, the new director of the Center for the Study of Women in Society, will be on hand for a special coffee hour with graduate students Oct. 22 from noon to 1 p.m.

The event will take place in the Jane Grant Room in Hendricks Hall. Email RSVPs to csws@uoregon.edu are appreciated.

Hames-Garcia will be availabe to talk about research grants, research interest groups and other opportunities for graduate students through the center. He also is interested in hearing about how the center can better help graduate students.
