Federal appeals court judges to hold session at the UO

A three-judge panel of the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals will convene at the UO School of Law on Friday, April 8.

Nearly 100 students, faculty and staff have already signed up to witness court proceedings and listen to cases being presented. Judges Diarmuid O’Scannlain, Alfred Goodwin and Edward Leavy are taking part.

The judges will hear three cases beginning at 9:30 a.m. in the Duncan Campbell Auditorium (Room 175).    

A continental breakfast will be served in the Wayne Morris Center Commons beginning at 8:15 a.m. for those attending the session.
