UO Kids on Campus Day happens Thursday, April 25

On April 25, the University of Oregon will host UO Kids on Campus Day (formerly called Take Our Children to Work Day). University employees are invited to bring the children in their lives in grades 4 through 8 to visit their workplace and participate in activities hosted by various UO departments. Register for the event by April 19.

"The goal of this day is to inspire the next generation to explore a variety of career paths and start to picture how their education will play a role in their future," said Tiffany Lundy, senior associate director of employee development and engagement. "And we hope it'll be fun for the adults to show the kids in their lives some of the cool things about where they work."

Employees need to arrange with their supervisor to attend events and/or bring their child(ren) to their workplace. Employees must supervise child(ren) at all times during the event.
