UO President Michael Schill didn't waste any time paying a visit to the new Chipotle restaurant in the EMU, where he ordered his favorite burrito bowl and sat down with students for some chow and conversation. He wanted an early look at one of the student union's newest food venues, which officially opens Thursday. Work on the building continues, with the upcoming closure of the ballroom for renovations as work on the main floor and new addition near the final phase.
