Activity leaders needed for Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day

The University of Oregon’s annual Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day is scheduled for Thursday, April 24. This national program is designed to inspire children to begin thinking about their futures and to introduce them to a variety of careers.

UO faculty and staff are invited to facilitate an interactive activity aimed at ages 9 to 13 on that day. Activity leaders are encouraged to share their lab, office or studio to encourage youth to explore many life choices. This year’s theme is “Plant a Seed, Grow a Future.”

To participate as a group activity leader, submit this online form by March 31. Use your DuckID login for access.

For questions, contact Karen Logvin, director of Work-Life Resources, at klogvin@uoregon.edu.
