Friday night downtime set for DuckWeb and related services

DuckWeb — the website University of Oregon students, faculty members and staff use to check grades, view pay stubs and change personal information — will be unavailable for several hours this Friday evening while UO Information Services performs essential maintenance.

The work will start April 10 at 7 p.m., during DuckWeb's weekly scheduled two-hour maintenance period, and will continue until 11 p.m.

Several related administrative applications also will be unavailable during that time: Banner, the behind-the-scenes side of DuckWeb; AppWorx, a job scheduling service; and DuckDocs, the service for document management and electronic workflows.

In addition, new students and new employees will not be able to claim their Duck ID accounts during the maintenance.

Anyone with questions can contact the Technology Service Desk by live chat or through the UO Service Portal.
