Friday night downtime set for DuckWeb and related services

DuckWeb – the website University of Oregon students, faculty members and staff use to check grades, view pay stubs and change personal information – will be unavailable for several hours this Friday evening while Information Services performs essential maintenance.

The work will take place from 7 p.m.-midnight on July 16.

During that time, some related administrative applications also will be unavailable: Banner, the behind-the-scenes side of DuckWeb; AppWorx, a job scheduling service; and DuckDocs, a document management and workflow service.

In addition, new students and new employees will not be able to claim their Duck ID accounts during the maintenance.

The regular maintenance for DuckWeb takes place every Friday from 7-9 p.m.
