May grant topics range from COVID-19 recovery to rotator cuffs

UO researchers received 39 new grants contracts and awards in May, including two large awards from the National Science Foundation — a $1.4 million grant to develop a comprehensive kindergarten through second grade mathematics intervention system and a $1.2 million award to develop a software platform for updating important properties of dynamic networks.
