The University of Oregon Police Department recommended that residents of the near-campus area keep curtains closed and windows locked following at least two reports of a "peeping Tom" in the area of Onyx Street and 21st Avenue on Sunday (March 24).

Multiple people reported seeing a white male, about 6-foot-2 or taller and with a slim build, looking into the windows of area residences. The person was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with the hood up, and dark pants.

The incident is unsolved and an investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information about this or similar incidents should call Eugene Police at
