University Communications will be offering three portrait sessions at the Ford Alumni Center lobby for free faculty and staff headshots.

Timeslots on three dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis: Tuesday, Jan. 23, Monday, Feb. 12 and Friday, March 8.

The sessions are exclusively offered to full-time UO faculty and professional staff, not student employees.

Employees can sign up for one 10-minute time slot on a reservation form. Only available days and times will appear. Business attire is suggested.

Images will be distributed directly via email 5-10 business days following each session. The photos can be used for university business or professional options such as LinkedIn.

Those who wish to be added to the waiting list can fill out the form to get early notice for future sessions.
