Presidential search update on trustees’ meeting agenda

The Board of Trustees of the University of Oregon will hold its quarterly meeting Dec. 5-6 in the Lee Barlow Giustina Ballroom of the Ford Alumni Center on the Eugene campus.

Board members will receive a report and proposal on the presidential search process. Other agenda items include standing reports; approval of several resolutions; a presentation and discussion on campus climate and culture; information about a research innovation partnership; and a preview of the tuition-setting process for the 2023 academic year. There will be an executive session regarding collective bargaining.

The meeting’s agenda and materials are available in the meetings section of the board website. Meetings will begin at 9 a.m. on both days.

If telephone conference, sign language for the deaf or hard of hearing, or accessibility accommodations are required, contact trustees@uoregon.edu at least two business days in advance of the posted meeting time. Specify the sign language preference if applicable.

To provide public comment during the meeting or to provide remote public comment, sign up by emailing trustees@uoregon.edu and include name, affiliation with the university and topic for discussion. Public comment guidelines are available on the board's website.

Those wishing to provide comments in writing can submit them at trustees@uoregon.edu. Written comments will be shared with all trustees, but to ensure comments are sent prior to the meeting, they must be received by 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2.
