Travel office works with campus units to implement Concur

The UO’s travel office has been working closely with campus units and departments to help shape, adapt and implement Concur, the university’s travel and expense management system.

A series of case studies highlight how departments such as the College of Design and School of Law have integrated the system to meet their differing needs. Units often found success by developing an in-house support team, communicating with their travelers and having a delegate to assist in processing travel requests and expense reports.

The travel office continues to offer Concur training opportunities. Its website offers a variety of resources for departments and employees.
