UO hosts events to honor employees by years of service

The University of Oregon will host two events in December to recognize employees reaching major milestones in their university service.

The first will recognize officers of administration who have reached the milestones of 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 years of service in their university employment.

The event will take place in the EMU ballroom on Dec. 4, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with remarks from UO President Michael Gottfredson at 11:30 a.m. OAs who have reached 25 or more years have been invited to share reflections on their time at the UO and will receive YOS (years of service) lapel pins.
