The annual University of Oregon vendor showcase is Tuesday, Oct. 2, in the Erb Memorial Union ballroom. UO employees involved in purchasing products and services will connect with vendors from across the country.

Workshops and presentations will be offered throughout the day on a variety of purchasing topics. There are topics for everyone, whether they are a seasoned buyer or new to the world of university purchasing. “The come-and-go event offers activities, presentations and exhibits all day with engaging displays, lively networking and snacks to keep participants energized,” said Shari Powell, operations manager and event planner. “Even the Duck will be there to get in on the action.”

All faculty and staff members are invited to attend the vendor showcase. Attendees at all levels of the purchasing process will find something of interest, Powell said. No registration is required.
