The Form W-2, Wage and Tax Statement, for 2023 has been released by University of Oregon Payroll Services.

Employees who signed up for an electronic version of the W-2 can access it on DuckWeb. A paper copy was mailed to the address on file in Banner for employees who did not choose the electronic option.

Those who have not received the form can also access a digital copy in DuckWeb. For further assistance, contact the payroll office at 541-346-3151.

Employees are responsible for ensuring their address is correct in DuckWeb and for setting their W-2 delivery preference, including the electronic, paperless option.
