O Heroes visits Boys and Girls Club Wednesday

With a Halloween theme this year, O Heroes will host the "O"lympics on Wednesday as part of the Boys and Girls Club of Emerald Valley's Fall Festival.

O Heroes, made up of student-athletes from every varsity team at Oregon, will be at the 1545 West 22nd Avenue Boys and Girls Club location from 3-5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, with a variety of activities.

Any child can attend, not just members of the Boys and Girls Club.

Oregon student-athletes will help man many different stations as part of the "O"lympics booths and carnival booths. Activities for the "O"lypmics include a brain obstacle course, tug of war, mummy wrap and a coloring contest. Carnival stations include fishing, ring toss, apple bobbing and face painting among many others.

A photo booth will also be set up for attendees to take pictures in unique superhero costumes they create at the event.

Any further questions can be directed to Kassey Mosher at the Boys and Girls Club of Emerald Valley.
