Explore upcoming courses using the MyTrack learning calendar

Employees can use the MyTrack learning library calendar feature to browse upcoming learning activities by date as an alternative to searching by course title or competency.

The calendar view lists the activities offered each day, which provides a snapshot of course availability.

The human resources website supports employees as they navigate the MyTrack learning system. The web resources provide answers to frequently asked questions, a tutorial and tips and instructions including how to access the learning calendar.

In June, learn tips for notetaking and managing documents efficiently online in the Office 365, OneDrive and OneNote course, or get enhanced skills in the Excel Advanced course. Also available this month is Leadership in Student Supervision, which provides practical information, resources and tools for hiring, supervising and supporting student employees.

In July, Influencer is a 16-hour leadership course that teaches proven strategies to drive rapid and sustainable behavior change for teams and organizations. 

August offers the Crucial Conversations Series. This multi-session course provides techniques for turning unsolvable problems into rich conversations resulting in mutually beneficial outcomes. The Business Analysis and Process Mapping course, also available in August, teaches fundamental skills needed to collaborate with project team members and stakeholders to define business requirements and processes.

The MyTrack learning module enables employees and supervisors to collaborate by searching for and booking learning activities, creating customized development plans and tracking progress towards development goals. Employees access MyTrack using their Duck ID and password.
