Faculty have until Aug. 1 to apply for Fulbright grant funding

UO faculty and researchers interested in funding research abroad can apply for the 2018-19 Core Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program. Deadline for applications is Aug. 1.

Each year Fulbright offers more than 500 awards in teaching, research or a combination of both. Opportunities are available for college and university faculty, administrators, professionals, artists, journalists, scientists, lawyers and independent scholars at any level of their career.

On the Fulbright website, applicants can explore awards by professional profile, discipline or region. Applicants can conduct work in more than 125 countries in six regions around the world.
